What does your consulting firm do?

We identify what is holding the business back, establish what deserves attention, and map how the work must change to deliver the value you promise.

Who is the practice for?

Founder-led businesses. Their customers may be businesses, consumers, or both. Fit depends on the situation, the work required, and readiness to act.

Can you work with a newly acquired business?

Yes. Start with a Needs Assessment to establish the current situation, inherited operating priorities, and readiness. The findings guide whether deeper value mapping is appropriate.

Where do we start?

Begin with a 15-minute fit conversation. The Needs Assessment is the first paid consulting engagement.

What if we are smaller or have one pressing concern?

Bring the situation into the fit conversation. Fit depends on the work required and readiness to act. The Needs Assessment establishes what deserves attention before another engagement is scoped.

What does the Needs Assessment include?

You receive a current-state snapshot, supported findings, ranked opportunities and risks, readiness gaps, and an initial 30/60/90-day roadmap.

How does Value Intelligence differ?

The Needs Assessment establishes the situation and priorities. Value Intelligence maps how the business must work to deliver its promised value and defines the required operating changes.

Can we request training or a workshop?

Bring the need into the conversation. Assessment findings establish what the business and its people require, and any further engagement is scoped accordingly.

What is Value Reimagineering Advisory?

Continuing advisory reviews results, guides decisions, and adjusts priorities after assessment or design. Meetings, responsibilities, availability, and fees are agreed separately.

Do we need to complete all ten steps?

No. The Needs Assessment is the first paid consulting engagement. Further work follows the findings and your decisions. Value Intelligence, implementation, and ongoing advisory each have their own scope.

What is the Promise-to-Revenue System?

It is a ten-step method organized into four phases: Diagnose, Architect, Enable, and Improve. It starts with the value customers expect, connects that value to the work that delivers it, and guides decisions about people, technology, and improvement.

Why start with the customer promise?

The customer promise explains what the work needs to deliver. Starting there makes it easier to see which processes matter, where value gets lost, and which changes are worth making before choosing technology.

Is this only about AI?

No. The business need comes first. We look at people, leadership, processes, data, systems, and readiness for change. AI is one possible part of the answer, alongside clearer ownership, simpler workflows, or team training.

Will we need to buy new software?

That depends on what the work reveals. We start with the value you need to deliver and the systems you already have. Technology choices should follow clear requirements and the ability of your people to use the tools well.

How do you decide what should stay human?

We look at the task, the judgment it requires, and the customer experience it supports. Value Intelligence identifies where AI may fit and where human review or direct human involvement matters.

How is consulting priced?

Projects are priced by agreed scope and deliverables. The exact investment is stated in the proposal.

Does the assessment commit us to more work?

Each engagement has its own scope. The findings may lead to further work, preparation, a pause, or no additional investment.

What happens in the first conversation?

The introductory fit conversation is about 15 minutes. We discuss what is happening, what you have tried, and whether a Needs Assessment fits your situation.

Who needs to be involved?

The founder or decision-maker and the people who understand the work should be involved as needed. We agree on access and participation when defining the scope.

How long does a Needs Assessment take?

Timing, participation, deliverables, and fees are agreed before work starts. Interviews are primarily remote. Detailed workflow design and implementation are separately scoped.

What if the team is not ready to make the change?

Readiness is part of the assessment. The next step may be team training, a smaller improvement, or time to act on the roadmap before going further. The work should match what the business and its people can support.

How do we define success?

We agree on the results you expect and the experience you value. Those expectations guide the scope, success criteria, and the work to be reviewed. Any recommendation or referral you give afterward remains voluntary.
