AI Strategy & Human Readiness

Before you add AI, look at the work.

What, exactly, are you trying to make better?

Start with a result that matters.

A useful AI conversation begins with a business goal and an honest view of the work as it happens today. Where does it slow down? Which decisions are unclear? Who carries the cost of rework?

Readiness has a human side.

People need to know what they are responsible for, which outputs need review, and when to challenge a result. Skills, trust, incentives, and decision rights belong in the same assessment as data and technology.

Choose a sequence.

Some opportunities may be ready to pursue. Others need preparation. A clear assessment makes space for both, and for a decision to wait when the conditions do not yet support the work.

A better question is a good beginning.
